DEVELOPMENTAL
SOCCER
Corinthian's developmental soccer format
is designed to provide all beginning soccer players multiple
opportunities to learn fundamental individual
skills and the team concept required in soccer for the future.
This is accomplished through training offered in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
Our concept, unlike others, is designed to allow young players to
touch the ball often during training sessions and games.
Small sided games give the young player a chance to stay active
and involved in the game. While young players will often form
groups around the ball, small sided games minimize the impact of
“swarm” ball.
Our Developmental program places an
emphasis on skills, sportsmanship, and fun in a safe environment. Teams
are generally formed by area, neighborhoods or schools, whenever
possible
